About the room
I am looking to rent out one of the rooms in my 2 bedroom townhouse near Addison Circle. It’s a really nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, DART station, etc. within 0.5 mile radius.
The room I am looking to rent is on 1st floor and has attached bath with standing shower and closet. It is fully furnished. I also have an extra parking spot in garage incase you have a car. My room is on third floor so you’ll have plenty of privacy. I’ve already setup the living room and kitchen which you’ll have full access to.
About the roomies
I am a 32 yrs old working professional (Tech industry) based in Addison. I’ll be the only other person living in this house. I am easy going and friendly. :)
