Angel's room

I have a 1.5 colonial with 3 rooms and 1 bath In Henrietta. 1120 sq ft. 2 rooms upstairs would be for you. The bedroom is 17x12. 2nd room would be your living room 22x11. Temp upstairs is cooler in Winter and warmer in Summer. The street is busy but it is quiet at night. 2 bars, pizza shop, Chinese, and gas station 2 blocks away. It’s a more updated place. Washer/dryer next to kitchen. I don’t have internet or a dining room. I don’t have a couch upstairs but could get a ottoman or futon in the room.

About me… I work mornings. Around 7 right now till April. 5:45a.m.-6:30a.m. start from April till November. 8-10 hr days I do now. 10-12 hr days during the warmer months. I go to the gym to get the stress out from the workday after work.. I’m a musician also so I like to play thru the amp every now and again. But, i am considerate of others/volume. I don’t have too many ppl over very often… I’m more introvert but I do go out a cpl times a month. I’m deff not a clean freak but like to keep the place somewhat clean. Also, willing to do weekly rent for a little less than monthly payment.
