Crystal's room

Hello, I am a 38 year old mother with a young child in a 3 bedroom house. One bedroom will be becoming available soon. We have one small dog currently. All pets will have to be approved on case by case basis and how they get along with my dog :)
We live in a HOA community with a pool, tennis and basketball court for your enjoyment. It is a very quiet community with good people. If you have a younger son they could share a room with my son (pending interview and compatibility)

It is myself and my son that live here with our dog. I work teacher hours but my son and I have a moderately busy schedule of extracurricular activities and such. Electric and water will be split in 1/2 if it is you and you have a child that shares a room with mine or 2/3 me and 1/3 you if it is just you and you don’t have a child sharing a room with mine. You must pass a background check and have character references and we will have an interview process. We are looking for a nice, fun, child friendly and respectable person we can share our home with.
