Hey y’all! We are looking for 1 roommate at College Town Apartments. It is located on N. Morrison Blvd and within walking/biking distance of the university. Rent will be $290/month + electricity and internet bills split 3 ways (typically $65-$80/month). There is also a security deposit of $290.

There is one male and one female living here right now, both of us full time students with jobs, and we are looking for someone who is preferably a student and preferably female (because you will be sharing a bathroom with another woman). We are both neat freaks and are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves, is respectful of shared spaces, and will do their part in maintaining cleanliness of the apartment. We are looking for someone who will not smoke inside the apartment, will be responsible with the thermostat, and is comfortable living with one dog and one cat (both trained and well behaved).

Pets are not allowed unfortunately. Our cat and dog are each certified as emotional support animals with vet records and insurance.

It is a six month lease, and you will have to go through a credit check in order to get approved with the landlords (as long as don’t have negative credit history, you should have no issue getting approved). You will also need to provide proof of income to show you can afford rent.

If you do not have any credit history or you are just starting a new job, you can still get approved as long as you have a cosigner.

The room is expected to be ready by February 28th or sooner.
