I live in a gated / safe / quiet community in Wellington. You will have your own beautiful room with private bathroom. The $1500.00 does include utitities (not food) . You will have ccess to the entire house (excluding my bedroom) . We have a community pool. Close to mall and shopping/ good food . I have 3 dogs that are loving and sweet.

I live alone with my dogs. I am looking for someone friendly, kind, and honest. A non smoker, no drugs of any kind, occasional drinking is acceptable. I am very clean and prefer someone who is very tidy and cleans up after herself as well! If you have OCD … that would be perfect lol. No men / friends are allowed to sleep over . (unless approved by me first).
