Hi, I have a room available for rent in my beautiful home. The room has wooden floors, has a balcony, and a closet. There is extra closet space available next to the room if needed. The bathroom is shared.

By renting the room, you would also have access to our beautiful kitchen, washer and dryer, and a parking space.

All utilities are included! Therefore, you do not have to worry about wifi, electricity, gas, or water.

The house is located just a few minutes from Cal Poly Pomona (Ideal for grad students). The house is a the end of a nice culdesac. All of our neighbors are very friendly. The freeway is very accesible.

The 71 freeway, the 10 freeway, and the 60 freeway are very accesible from our residence.

I (30) work in the Law Enforcement field, and the other person renting is my brother (27) who is a Civil Engineer. As you can already imagine, I work very long hours (16 hours a day) and so does he.

We are both very clean and organized. We hope you are too. Ideally, we would like to find a female grad student or working professional. We are a smoke free, and pet free home. We do drink occasionally. When I am off, I am usually spending time with my girlfriend. When my brother is off (Weekends), he usually drives down to San Diego to visit our mother. We like to have roomie bonding time by playing board games, going on hikes, or getting drinks together.

We have always rented the third room to females and it has worked out very well. For that reason, we would like to kept it that way.
