About the room

Just got a house down the street from the college. I am a nursing student and I do work I do have older children as well. I could possibly supply a bed and a dresser if needed. I’ve never rented a room before but I’m sure it’s not that difficult just please respect the home and do not participate in unhealthy behaviors.

About the roomies

Have older children. Kids are responsible. But they are children and they are my number one priority and if you can deal with having a couple kids around that are not allowed in your room. That is you’re safe space. I work hard and I’m almost done with nursing school. Lease could be month to month. I for one am all about human kindness but I will set healthy boundaries and expect the same to be done.
