The ideal candidate would have full-time employment or is a student with verifiable income. Rent is $900.00 with a $500.00 deposit that would be applied to the last month of rent as long as you give at least 30 days’ notice. I would prefer a longer-term lease, however, would consider something shorter for the right person. As a roommate; rent includes your bedroom and access to the kitchen and the common areas of the house and yard. The yard has a privacy fence. Also included are utilities, internet, cable TV, washer/dryer. HOA maintained pool, running, and biking trails. Furnished with only a queen-sized mattress in each room. There is a loft upstairs where you can hang out, in addition to the living & office room downstairs. This is my home and must be respected as I would respect your space. You would be responsible for cleaning your room and after yourself in the common areas that you use. Single room single occupancy, occasional overnight guest. Strictly no pets.
