King Street

It is a two bedroom, one-bath apartment near the Old Colorado city area. Pets are welcome for an additional monthly fee so please bring your fur babies! The kitchen is fully stocked, and there is already a table w/ 4 chairs but the living room is not furnished (no couch or tv). Water+sewer is included in the rent, but internet, electricity, trash, etc will need to be split. To be added to the lease, you will need to pass my landlords background/credit check and apply through their website.

I am a remote college student working towards my Bachelor in Spanish so I am home most days M-F and work full-time at night. As a roommate, I am not a psycho clean freak but I ALSO value the space being livable and tidy, and am not that noisy. I also am a stoner so if that is an issue let me know, but I do not smoke inside of the apartment (ie, doesn’t smell like Cheech and Chong were here). I’ll also want to meet you before I bring you into my home just to make sure we vibe (and make sure that you’re not a weirdo) and of course you can come look at the apartment too!
