Aurora's room

One bedroom available starting September 1st. The apartment is just a few min drive from downtown Culver City, in a residential area, surrounded by gardens. Walking distance from a few stores. I love it here.

I have lived in this place for years and it is home. I have a cat and no other pets are allowed. The neighbors are very quiet, considerate, and kind.

The room is 11 X 10.8 ft. and in the back (not a lot of sunlight). It has a walk-in closet and carpet. The apartment is fully furnished, except for the available room. There is no TV in the living room and I would like to keep it that way. You are of course free to have one in your bedroom.

I love this place, but it is an old LA apt, so it has its quirks! Happy to tell you all about it when you visit. There is only one parking spot, which I use.

About the cost of utilities…we pay electricity, internet, and gas. Historically that’s been about $60-$120 per roommate per month, depending on the month, but costs went up this year, so expect a little more. It’s very rare monthly bills amount to more than $140 each.

Last, but not least, the landlord will ask for income statements, background check, etc. before approving you for the space.

I have lived in this place for years and it is home. I am a woman in my mid-forties, I work from home, and I like this to be a peaceful place of rest. I like to bake, read, knit, and cook. All my hobbies are very cozy :D I have a cat and no other pets are allowed.

I am looking for one more person who is considerate, kind, and also likes a peaceful and welcoming home. No smoking, no vaping.
