Come live in this serene neighborhood in a house where you get to have a home gym and hangout at backyard patio nature area as Bonus!

Includes access to - 1 private bedroom, 1 full bathroom, access to common areas laundry room, kitchen(will be provided a section of pantry for personal stuffs), living room, TV, dining area, backyard includes 2 sections of patio seating and lawn, fir-pit sitting area, front yard includes garden area and another lawn area. You will be provided a separate refrigerator for your OWN use! (Expectation is to keep it clean) Access to HOME GYM (expect to do before/after sanitization of Equipments) Some additional storage space in garage if have luggages.

Open car parking space available within property. Plenty of space to hang out and sitting within property. Plenty of hiking/walking options in the neighborhood. Close to all amenities including groceries, mall, movie hall, restaurants, pubs etc. Costco is 8 mins drive !

**We use professional house cleaning service once in a month for full house including the rental room, bathroom. (Access on cleaning day is expected)

Included in rent - separate refrigerator, gym access.

Excluded from rent - Monthly utilities such as electric, gas, water, internet, monthly professional cleaning will be shared.

Encourage to ask for house rules when you visit! And please no guests coming over :) Strictly Non-smoking, No-pets

We are a family of husband-wife and a toddler. Both work full time. We like to maintain a peaceful environment, no parties at home :)
