Roommate needed for 6mo lease in 2b2ba townhome (private garage!) in N Ballard starting Jan 20

I am looking for a partial lease takeover for the master in a 2b2ba townhouse (with A/C!) in north Ballard. 6 months (ends 7/31/22). I pay $1800/mo but I’m willing to help cover up to $300-500/mo of that. So if you can pay $1300-1500/mo that’s fine. Young kittens allowed, no other pets (will upset the 13yo cat already there).

The place: -Rooftop deck with a gazebo and firepit -Private attached 1 car garage with some room for storage -Furnished living room with A/C & heat -3rd floor master bed with A/C & heat with attached bath (HUGE glass shower!) -private balcony for the master

Location: House is around 85th & 32nd Golden Gardens is walking distance Safeway and Grocery Outlet are a 7m drive

About you: Very clean Quiet, not a big partier Has a stable job and able to pay bills on time Has a decent credit score (650+) Ideally women/non-binary/queer, or a very respectful male roommate LGBTQ-friendly

Solo roommate only (no couples please) without pets (a kitten under 6 months old is fine; there is an older cat in the house who doesn’t like other adult cats).

Move in date : Jan 20 or later Lease ends July 31, 2023

Your roommate: She is a very clean, quiet female bartender with a cat who loves to cook and make art. I will put y’all in touch to interview each other if the requirements match!
