You get your own room and full bathroom on the first floor of the single-family detached house. Shared kitchen, dining, and living room. I live upstairs with my own bathroom so I don’t need to venture into your space. The closet is a bit small in the room so the room includes a standup wardrobe.

Free parking on either the parking pad in the back or the street in front.

Washer and Dryer are available in the basement.

Rent includes utilities and wifi.

I am a 27 year old Attorney who likes to think of themself as a fairly easygoing and tidy roommate. I do not drink, smoke (tobacco or otherwise), or throw loud parties. I don’t mind if you drink or have alchohol in the house (within reason of course) but I do not want to deal with smoking or illicit drug use in the house (including vaping).

I work most of the day but do like to cook and work on my hobbies when I have time.

I occasionally have guests over from my school days and maybe my parents a few times a year.

I would prefer only renting to one person. You will have a formal lease but I am negotiable on how long the term is.
