$1100 rent - no security deposit - you break it , you pay for it. Utilities split - on average utilities are $250-$400 depending on the season.

I have a room available , comes with its own bathroom. All 3 rooms are upstairs. Living room and kitchen is shared space. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well. Pictures available upon request.

I own my own business. I make my own schedule and i’m in and out alot. As long as your respectful and chill. I treat people how i want to be treated and i expect the same. I’m very laid back and mind my business. Just be clean. I’m not your maid.
