Room available starting in April in a great two-bedroom one bathroom apartment in an ideal Midtown location close to Westport, Plaza, and a great neighborhood to walk around. Good sized living room with lots of natural light. The building is managed by Terra Management and I have been very pleased with them for the last three years I have lived here.

There is coin-operated laundry on-site as well as off-street parking. No dogs are allowed but cats are allowed with an extra monthly charge. Utilities (gas, water, electric, and internet) are not included in rent and average an additional $80 per month.

The lease is until August first and you would need to fill out a roommate change document as well as pass an application/background check from Terra Management. I am a bit flexible on move in date (late March - early April). Lastly, there is an option to have the apartment furnished with a bed frame, dresser, dining room table, couch, and TV stand. We can discuss that more if you are interested. I would ask for money on move-in depending on what pieces you wanted in the apartment.

You would be living with a male roommate in his early 30’s. Owns a lot of board games and we would play them together at home for a night in. We got along great and had good communication about creating a healthy living situation. He’s been a great roommate to me and I am sure he will be the same for you!
