Perspective roommate should be employed or a student This also describes the occupants of the house, which are mostly male. I would describe the house as clean, quiet, and a California lifestyle (busy doing things and going places). -No smoking or use of drugs. Weβre Not looking for someone who wants to bring the party home. The house is a nice, quiet, healthy, and secure living environment and we want to keep it that way. We look to minimize guess due to health issues. -No Overnight guess -No pets If you are the type of person who wants to go home and relax, then this is the place for you.
