• Rent is $1200 + 550 deposit total move-in cost is $1750, plus utilities, internet is about $15.00

• Share bathroom with 1 other person

• Share the kitchen

• There is a laundromat close by

• There is ample street parking

• We are looking for a roommate (1 person) that is friendly, clean, financially responsible, kind-hearted, a good communicator, responsible, mature, respectful, easy-going, social, and drama-free.

• Perspective roommate should be employed or a student This also describes the occupants of the house, which are mostly male. I would describe the house as clean, quiet, and a California lifestyle (busy doing things and going places). -No smoking or use of drugs. We’re Not looking for someone who wants to bring the party home. The house is a nice, quiet, healthy, and secure living environment and we want to keep it that way. We look to minimize guess due to health issues. -No Overnight guess -No pets If you are the type of person who wants to go home and relax, then this is the place for you.
