Male live-in-Landlord, looking for 2 male lodgers to share my 2 story 3bd/2.5bath townhouse.

2 private bedrooms available (pics show furnished, but they are both unfurnished) - 14’ ceilings, ceiling fans/lights, large closets, black-out shades and beautiful views of one of the community pools, which the house is situated right next to. Lodgers will share a large bathroom (dual-sink vanity and tub/shower) and linen closet.

Lodgers will also have use of the furnished 1st floor, which includes front courtyard, private rear garden patio with fountain, large living room with 65“ 4K TV, 5.1 surround sound, fireplace, half bath, large eat-in kitchen, fridge dispensing filtered water, and full size washer/dryer. Water quality throughout the entire home is managed by a water softener filtration unit.

This private HOA managed community has 2 tennis courts, with night-time lighting, and 3 heated pools with accompanying spas, gas bbq grills, outdoor furniture and bathrooms. 6 mins. walk to the UTC Mall and Trolley Blue Line stop. Fast access to both 5 and 805 freeways, and close to Scripps La Jolla Hospital and UCSD.

Utilities (gas, water, electricity, WiFi) are included in the rent. Move in costs: 1 month’s rent (prorated dependent upon rent start date), plus $1,400 security deposit.

Landlord works from home and has no pets. Shoes off at front door. Privacy and good communication is expected.
