Shady Lane

Hey y’all, I just moved into Trailhead Apartments in East Austin. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I must move back home to Alabama as soon as possible. So, I am looking to sublease my one bed, one bath. This place is really nice and I wish I didn’t have to leave it. Water is included in rent. I love the location and access to so much of what I would consider authentic Austin. It is on the third floor with a sliding glass door leading to the balcony. It has a wonderful kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, and a huge closet. Govalle Park is right across the street. The complex has a beautiful pool area, a quality gym, and a couple fenced in areas for dogs to play (also a wash station for dogs). No roommates. Hopeful it’s ok to post a one bed on this site. I will say that my neighbors are all very quiet and the only noise I usually hear are from sirens.
