When you rent from Community Door Rentals, you join a community of other like-minded individuals. All our members are background checked and screened to ensure the safety of all housemates.
House renovations will be completed by February 1st and 7 rooms will be available. Shared baths start at $750 and private baths start at $850. If you have a large group of friends that all know each other, this is the perfect time to reach out! We will consider one large group coming in together for a discounted rate per room! Safe keyless entry on doors, fully stocked kitchen and furnished common space! High speed internet/WIFI, utilities, lawn care, professional cleaning, washer/dryer, trash and maintenance are all included in one low monthly payment! WHAT TO KNOW:

• Room is for ONE person
• Must pass background, eviction and credit check
• Security deposit of $500 for regular room and $700 for Suite
• No pets
• No smoking
