You’ll have shared use of the kitchen (pots and pans provided), bathroom, living room, washer /dryer, and large backyard. Utilities/wifi included.
Other roommates are multi-national; 3 men aged 30’s - 60. Housemates must be adult and drama-free; clean up immediately after yourself and be respectful with others. No loud music, drugs, smoking, excessive alcohol or overnight guests. Quiet hours between 10pm and 10am. Background check required.
