Nice 4 bedroom home in a great community with amenities including pool, gym, basketball court, etc. I’m looking to rent out one of the bedrooms. One room is furnished and one isn’t. Either room is available. There’s a hall bath that you’d have to yourself.

I’m a teacher. I’m 42 years old and I live by myself with my little dog. I have 2 sons in college that visit during breaks and holidays. It’s difficult to make ends meet with just my income, which is why I’m looking for a roommate. I’m clean, quiet, and usually keep to myself.
