This is a quiet cul de sac in the heart of south Temecula. Perfect location, close to everything!

We converted our guest room & bath and part of hallway to a totally private studio . It has its own private entrance , your own bath , kitchenette, stackable washer/ dryer and fenced courtyard. On street parking , never an issue finding a spot and our community has tennis courts and a pool . 5 minutes to downtown , 5 minutes to freeway and 10 minutes to wine country . This would be perfect for traveling doctors or professionals . It’s a small space but just perfect for one person who lives lightly . We would offer cleaning if you were interested in shorter stays & we will consider short leases for those interested.

3 month lease to begin then month to month . very comfy new bed , new fridge , and stocked kitchenette ~ if you would like it unfurnished , not an issue .

We are a youngish 50’s year old couple , we are professionals, own businesses, love animals ~ we garden (I try at least ) I’m not a social media type , we are pretty down to earth , have great neighbors and are pretty laid back but very respectful and want it in return . We won’t be in your business, and we will watch our noise as we hope you do the same . We share a wall so keep that in mind . We will do background checks , job check and require personal references. Everything is included in the rent , even high speed internet, so you’ll have no other bills .
