Room for rent in 5 bedroom house in Southridge Fontana (off Citrus and Jurupa). -$800 per month plus utilities to be split with other roommates based on usage and $800 refundable deposit due upon move in with 1st months rent. -Bedroom with closet. -Two shared bathrooms; one full bathroom upstairs next to the room and a second newly added full bathroom downstairs. -Would be living with 4 other people (3 males, 1 female). -Only requests are to treat house with respect and have your guests do the same. -All roommates are full-time workers and/or school, so prefer the same. -Kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances 2/2020. -Requesting $800 deposit to be refunded if no damage to the room when you move out. -420 friendly household -Parking is limited to street parking in residential area with plenty of open parking. Garage parking temporarily available if needed to unload groceries, etc. -Available to move in today

Looking for: -Someone who works and/or school full-time -Someone who is clean, picks up after themselves, and respectful of shared spaces. -Someone who will respect the house and the other people living in it -No kids and no couples -Prefer no pets, but open to discussion -Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. -Dresser, bed frame, and vanity may be available for use if current tenant is unable to resell them.

Overall, we’re a pretty chill household of twenty-somethings, so we are pretty easy going. I must emphasize that we want someone who is clean and picks up after themselves (and their guest). We want a household that appears clean at all times, so if any of us (potentially you included) are to have anyone over that the house is presentable.
