Jason's room

I’ve got a 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse. The first floor has the kitchen, living room, half bathroom, and a balcony.

All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. I’m in one of the bedrooms and I converted the 2nd into an office. The 3rd bedroom is available and you’ll have your own full bathroom (not attached but next to the bedroom). The room is not furnished but the rest of the house is. There’s also a spot in the garage for your car.

We’re in a gated community and it’s just a few minutes from Powers near Costco and everything else.

I’m 26 and an engineer and work from home maybe a quarter of the time. I’m pretty quiet and clean but like playing video games and being out in the mountains.

I’d prefer a roommate that’s around my age, clean, and fairly social. I’d also like to get to know someone a bit first so feel free to message me on here
