Columbus Avenue

It’s a beautiful, cozy house house close to Chico State. It comes with a washer and dryer, own personal parking space, front porch and back yard. It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. Rent is $610 up until the lease ends in May but you can choose to renew. We are in charge on paying wifi, Trash, PG&E, & water. The total is based off our usage. I will also be having an ESA with me. He’s a tiny, 5 pound rat terrier. He will not be a bother. I am available to offer tours if you are serious :)

A little about me: I am 22 years old and attend Chico State. I am animal achieved major in the hopes to become a veterinarian or a veterinarian microbiologist; I really want to work with animals!! I would really love to have a friendship with my future Roomate :) Don’t hesitate to reach out!!
