• First rent payment due by September 1st (deposit due immediately), please get payment to me at minimum 3 days beforehand to allow for processing. Venmo, Zelle or paypal Only. • Noise level: Low after 11pm • Complex Amenities: 2 pools, gated complex (yet the gate’s are always open), 2 small car care areas where you can pay a small amount to hand wash your car or use the air pumps if you wish.
• Shared areas: The living room is fairly spacious, dining room a bit small but the kitchen has all basic amenities. A single small sofa in living room, coffee table and large TV with entertainment stand • Excluded: Washer or dryer (It was never added in order to cut some costs to the rent each month), cable, landline phone • Local: We’re surrounded by two malls and a large quantity of restruants and various shops as well as Universal Studios only a few blocks down the road. • Downsides: Complex has a lot of speed bumps, there is only wifi, no ethernet. Traffic is a bit on the heavy side around typical rush hour times since we’re next to everything. Rent can be a smidge higher during the summer when the AC is run a bit more to keep apartment cooler. Maintenance takes a lil time to get to us because Leasing office is open a small number of days and communication between the two is slow.

The room itself could fit a double bed easily and a queen a bit snugly. There is a small walk in closet and while the bathroom isn’t directly connected to the bedroom, it is right beside it. Which the only downside is this makes it the go-to guest used bathroom. So I’m giving a heads up to just keep it tidy or keep any personal stuff in the cupboard under the sink or in your room. There is a single window and the apartment itself only gets a few short hours of direct sunlight, so it’s never fully exposed.

If you ever want to have a guest over, a friend or a “friieeeend”, just be sure to communicate a heads up and make sure they’re not making a huge mess or noises loud enough to get complaints from the neighbors. I’ll of course do the same and give heads up.

I’m the only roomie that will be living here, however the one who’s name is on the lease while I look for something else at the end of the 12 month lease agreement will visit frequently as we’re best friends (She’s moved out already). So no doubt you’ll meet her when we hang out. We’re the same age and also both play D&D together so will often spend our thursdays doing that (not always in this apartment, we frequently use another friends home for that). We’ll take the time over the 12 months to get the apartment in move out order as we’ll have to repaint all the walls back to white again. (You don’t need to feel obligated to paint anything as we’re the ones that did all the painting of course!)

I’m a Queer (Trans) Demiguy (He/They) I am newly hired as a Ramp Agent at Orlando International Airport, I am a freelance artist and streamer in my free time. So I spend a lot of time at home when not at work. I don’t do partying or huge outings and am fairly low maintenance as a roommate. I keep to myself for the most part. I may have one or two visitors ever, one of which is my long distance life partner. The longest he would be visiting at a time is a month.

I like having a tidy environment but I’m not picky about a normal ‘lived in’ feel either! Strong believer in picking up after oneself, but also shared mutual cleaning overall and taking turns for chores naturally or taking turns with certain grocery responsibilities (Like TP, paper towels, milk, eggs ect. It can be discussed if not desired).

I do like the smell of incense, sage and candles and on occasion use them. But will limit or confine the use if there’s a need to. I don’t smoke tobacco (and due to personal reasons cannot stand or handle the smell of it) but do partake in cannabis a little now and then.

Overall I’m a big believer in immediate communication. We all have different opinions and boundaries. So no stress, no pressure. Just let me know if you have needs or a request ahead of time or when it comes to mind and vice versa so we can all avoid any unnecessary tension and come to a comfortable middle ground!

If things go well and we vibe as roomies, I am open to the idea of teaming up for a different place (I’ll be looking for something closer to the airport for shorter commuting)
