Common areas are living room, dinning room, kitchen, all appliances, laundry, two car driveway/carport, sun room, outdoor gas grill, etc. If you like to fish, just step outside. Access to all community amenities included (i.e. pool, exercise room, etc). Outdoor only smoking permitted. The community is generally very quiet and peaceful. Living the lake has had a very positive affect on me.
