I like to keep the place clean, we don’t have to be the best of friends but we need to communicate. the complex is gated, we have a garage, two nice pools, and a mediocre gym. the place is 1,350 square ft, there’s a lot of space. would have your own bathroom, and your private room, kitchen has full stove, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge with water dispenser, WASHER & DRYER on site, newer style A/C and heat (there’s no swamp cooler or floor heater). I have a bed available that you could use but you would need a frame, and your own sheets. wifi and amenities included. can only allow one vehicle here, two total including mine.
