Hello! I’m a retired license social worker and I own a beautiful manufactured home in Naples Estates. All the amenities are available to my roommate. Roommate must be at least 55 years of age. I currently live by myself with my three year old Maltese dog. The room I am offering is beautifully appointed and completely furnished. You have your own private bedroom and bath along with a private office area. My home is beautifully furnished, very clean, lovely neighbors and quiet park.

I live a very quiet and serene life. I have part time jobs outside the home but I do dog sit intermittently for a lovely golden retriever. No drama, drugs or alcohol allowed in my home. A one year lease will be required including a background check and criminal background check.
