Liza's room

Myself and my teenage daughter, plus 2 large dogs live on the 2nd floor and were given a 3 bedroom because a 2 bedroom was no longer available. I would like to rent my extra room to supplement income. I like peace around my home, my home is my sanctuary. With that said, the occasional visitor is fine. No parties or weekly gatherings, especially at night. Room IS NOT furnished. (Females w/no pets please)

I am a 40 year old woman, 420 friendly (outside), I have 2 large dogs and a 17 year old daughter. I am typically home after 5PM and sleep about 10PM. I’m off weekends and will either be at home cleaning or running errands or out with friends. Just so you know the type of environment to expect. My animals are not crated, free roaming, so please keep your bedroom door closed.
