Uncommon is a student living complex with very nice amenities inside and outside the unit. Amenities include pool, gym, study rooms, and lounge areas. Also this place is located no more than 5 minutes away from grocery stores, fast food, etc.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with own bathroom. My roommate isn’t there most of the time especially on the weekends and keeps the place clean. She has a dog so preferably no pets.
