This is a private small studio room in our home with complete privacy and separate entrance . It is equipped with kitchenette, microwave , toaster oven , small refrigerator/ freezer, private fenced patio , private bathroom, small hallway with your own washer & dryer. It is completely separate from our home by design , we converted a spare room so everything is new and modern. Flat screen tv and all new furnishings, brand new bed (so comfy) & stackable washer/ dryer new . If you don’t want it furnished (we can discuss ) . Security screen for nice airflow feels great in summer ! A fountain and courtyard in front which we will happily share . A working traveling professional or the like might be a great fit but we will consider all .

We are a 50’s age business owners & professional couple. We are pretty laid back , but are looking for someone respectful of property , clean , full time job outside of home and has no past issues of rental or work trouble . A background check is required, small pet may be ok, case by case on that . Since home is connected by one wall, we will be respectful of noise on our end as well as you do the same . We are happy to share the amenities of our neighborhood, which is pool & tennis courts all on a pretty lake 5 minutes to downtown Temecula, 10 minutes to wineries , 5 minutes to freeways ! Awesome location and quiet cul de sac neighborhood. On street parking , never an issue .
