Looking to live steps away from the beach? This is your place !! Live in a safe and quiet home, fully furnished with rental room in private area of the house. Renting to single women only.

Gated neighborhood amenities include: heated pool, hot tub, gym, tennis, pickle ball. Also included is a private beach access with an uncrowded beach. Hiking trail less than 2 miles away at the Guana National Preserve.

Our local town center is only 5 mins away and has grocery shopping, restaurants , and stores!
