The room— Room is 10 by 10 feet with 12 feet tall ceilings on the ground floor. Two large south facing windows provide good natural light. You will predominantly have the downstairs bathroom to yourself. However, it is regularly used by visiting guests and other roommates. This ground floor bathroom is where the laundry is.
