Furnished Queen Size Room for rent in a 3BR/2BA house, located in the new Coosa Hills subdivision which is a friendly, quiet & family oriented neighborhood. It’s 2 mins from a gas station & Dollar General, 5 mins from GMC Grocery & Pharmacy & 10 minutes from West Rome Walmart. It’s also on the power lines if you like to ride 4 wheelers. It has an above ground pool, a netted trampoline, a small fire-pit and a shed in a wooden fenced in backyard. I do have a little bit of space in the shed if you need to store a few things. There is 1-2 parking spaces available as well as street parking and a basketball goal, a washer & dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, unlimited Wi-Fi & a few streaming services. The bedroom has a 32“ TV, a box fan, a queen size bed, a dresser with a mirror, a nightstand, a decent size closet & 2 big windows. If you want to use your own furniture then I can move the furniture in there now to the shed. I do all the yard work, maintenance & cleaning (except for the room I’m renting), I take off the trash and have a professional pest control company come by every month. The $500 security deposit is non refundable and I do a back ground check just to make sure you’re not a sex offender or a thief.

I’m a 41 year old, single, stay-at-home mom of an 11 year old boy & we have 2 small dogs & 1 med to large size senior dog that stay inside. All 3 are potty trained, neutered/spayed, they stay current on all vaccinations, take the best flea medicine prescribed by the vet, are groomed weekly & good with people & other dogs. My son and I usually stay in our rooms, play outside (especially during the summer) & have company over occasionally. I am looking for a long term, financially stable & clean individual, preferably a female, but my last roommate was a male so that’s fine too, that has a job (or some type of income) and a vehicle or their own way of getting around. I’m an open minded, positive & laid back individual that likes to laugh, spend time with my son, hang out by the pool, do yard work, exercise & try to eat somewhat healthy. I do drink wine occasionally and vape. If you’re a negative person then it probably won’t be the best fit. I’m pretty flexible with everything else though. We can work things out and figure out what is best for everyone as we go. The most important thing is my 11 year old son. He’s a great kid and I have to have someone who is good with kids that I feel totally comfortable when they are around him. Let me know if you have any questions.
