Joel's room

I am renting a room in my basement. This room has its own private bathroom. There is a sharing kitchen space. There is a private entrance to the back of the house. No pet. Non smoking person. Street parking in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood with newly built homes.

I reside upstairs with my wife and children (12, 14 and 18). I need a professional and clean person. The room is ready for move in. There is a washer and dryer in the space. You will be sharing the kitchen space with another person.
