Hello there,
I am moving out of this apartment, and need help subleasing this place starting from February 3rd until June 4th 2023.
I love this place (Flatiron District), the apartment, and the community. Been here for 3.5 years since July 2019. Will miss it dearly when I move :’)
This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The price is for the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in the pictures. For the bedroom, the bed and desk will stay. Living room and kitchen is furnished by my roommate (Luis).

About the roomies
My roommate Luis has been a wonderful roommate. We’ve been living together for 3.5 years since July 2019. I would’ve continued living with Luis if it wasn’t for this new life event coming up for me :)
