About the room
Nice, drama free home, with friendly renters, and am looking for the same in my next renter. Nice area. I do have a dog, fyi. the house is a Large 6 bedroom/2 bath home in convenient location in nice neighborhood close to Concordia University in St. Paul. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Plenty of on street parking, all utilities included and month to month lease, although I prefer tenants who plan on staying for a bit. Also, you are renting a room for yourself, and the number of guests at this house is very limited, for the safety and security of everyone at the house. Let me know if you have any questions, And tell me a bit about yourself, your work, your daily routine, etc. Also, I do background checks on every renter, fyi. Thanks.
About the roomies
I own and live in this home with 4 other male renters. Have rented to both male and females in the past. Open to anyone. All very nice, polite, young professionals. Very nice, quiet, drama free home. Not a party house. I do have a dog.
