Top floor penthouse apartment with floor to ceiling windows facing east and beautiful mountain views. The building has a media room available only to residents on the top floor, plus a gym, office space and lounge available to all residents. The bedroom is furnished with a king memory foam bed, desk and dresser and you have your own bathroom, washer and dryer are in the apartment, and there is a small balcony. The building is walkable to everything and has Knot Springs spa and a ramen restaurant in the building.

I primarily work from home but am quiet and usually in my room when working. I have a sweet 3 year old cat. I’m easy going, like the apartment to be clean, but I’m not fastidious about it being perfect. I get fresh produce deliveries that I’m happy to share and if I cook you’re always welcome to join me. I travel somewhat frequently on short trips so hope to have someone here that’s comfortable with feeding the cat while I’m away or is comfortable with another person in the apartment to feed the cat.
