Monica's room

This property is easy access to main freeway to get just about anywhere. Commute to Park City is about 25 minutes. Also located straight up to to the Cottonwood Canyons. There are three bedrooms upstairs all furnished but will rent one. The parking is reserved and covered. Closet space is not walk-in, but regular. In the summer the back patio is nice with lots of trees. There is a swimming pool available in the summer. The property was built in the 70’s but mine is completely renovated and updated.

I am a young minded, Boho type 60 year old who socializes with my younger co-workers. I am open minded, active and funny most of the time. I can also be a bit of a slug. Just depends on the day. I have a 28 year old son here in the valley who visits frequently-ish. (Snowboarding wins over mom in the winter). I’ve mostly lived in Park City, but have been in the valley for a few years now. I work 8-5 currently. I prefer a low key female who is also a bit of a free spirit and enjoys mountain life. Good luck!
