April's room

I have one room available (FEMALE ONLY). I do require an interview and the Questions you have I will answer privately. I do have pets if you don’t mind them however, I won’t allow any more animals for good reason. It’s a quiet well-kept neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly.

All utilities are included. You will have your own room. The bathroom will be next to the room and can be used how you like.

Electricity Bill, Water Bill, and Internet Bill are included in the Monthly Payment

Very outgoing and hard-working but also like to watch tv and lounge around.
