Room for rent with private bathroom in basement. 2 available rooms to choose from. I do not plan to rent out the other room. I would keep it available for shared space. I plan to make some updates to the home in the near future.

I recently purchased my first home after living in Mpls. for 20 years. I work overnights in Rogers and share my house with a 7 year old St. Bernard. I’m not in a hurry to find a renter, would like to take time to find a good fit. My dog is very friendly and would expect a little attention from you.
