Morgan's room

This rental is for a bedroom with a closet. Common areas include a shared laundry room, sitting room, large kitchen, living room, dining room, and full bathroom (remodeled last year). The home features three bedrooms and an office sitting room. It’s a single-story house rambler with mature landscaping. Currently the house is occupied by myself and one more roommate, we are currently looking for one more roommate.

For those with a green thumb, I have a raised garden that can be used to grow vegetables and other produce. There is also a patio with a barbecue that can be used to entertain friends. Parking is easy, with plenty of spaces on the street. The location of the home is within ½ mile walking distance from two bus routes with connections to downtown. The house also rests near a connection to the interurban trail.

Utilities will be split evenly in three ways including electricity, natural gas, fiber optic internet, water, sewer and garbage.

The payments will be processed through PayPal. The room requires a one-year lease, and first Month’s rent. The last month’s rent can be split into two consecutive monthly installments.

Both of us are in our late 20s. I work in the tech industry in SLU, while my roommate is a technician. We both roughly do a 8 to 4 shifts, but we will typically come home a little later either Hanging out with friends or working out at the gym.

We looking to make a friendly house crew, one that respect each resident’s privacy and fosters some camaraderie ( I like to cook occasionally for example so like a shared dinner or meal occasionally)

We are looking to find people with a similar vibe to us, easy going, respectful, tidy and someone who is interested in turning their living situation into a home they can feel welcomed in.

The house has a cat but unfortunately they do not handle other animals well so we are looking for someone pet free.

If you are someone who is easygoing, respectful of other peoples boundaries and house rules (Picking up after yourself, following quiet times, etc) we would like to hear from you!
