Neph's room

A 5 bedroom and 2 bathroom house located near Gonzaga University in the Logan neighborhood. It’s about 0.7 miles from campus. It is very close to a bus lines, walking distance from Yoke’s Fresh market, restaurants, and shopping stores. Each room will be rented individually. We currently have 1 room available. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a kitchenette. The main floor has 2 bathrooms and a bathroom.

We’re looking for 1 more student to share the house. All the roommates are students at either Gonzaga and Whitworth. 2 are in Grad School and 3rd is a junior. We’re just a bunch of laid back inviduals.
