Manhattan Avenue

There is a gym, laundry in the building, a rooftop, and a lounge space. The kitchen has an island and table space, and the living room has a great TV and several good units. The unit has lots of sun and very efficient central air units. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub.

I am sadly moving out of this room due to a job transfer, so my friends Zach and Edwin are looking for a third roommate to fill my room. They work in tech and are activists in community building. They enjoy playing chess, knitting, and video games. They are always down to chill, have fun, and also respect one’s space and solitude. They are good at reading a room and two of the most brilliant individuals I know. They are respectful individuals who keep their home clean and flourishing with house plants and inspiration.
