Hello! I am planning on leasing an apartment for one year in Anaheim near the Angel’s stadium. The rent would be $1200 for you and I will pay the remainder $1300. The rent is cheaper because we will be applying under a low income option (we need to both make three times our own rent portion to qualify). Let me know if you’re interested on going in on this with me :)

I am very laid back. I am a student and a nanny so I will either be gone or working on school from home. I have no pets and do not mind them as long as they are well-trained. I like to party occasionally but prefer not to be at the house unless it’s just a few friends. I like a clean space so if you do too we will get along great :)
