The community is located close to the Bella Terra shopping center, making it extremely walkable. I think that’s the best part about living here- I never order delivery because I have a ton of places within easy walking distance.

Your bedroom has its own bathroom, there is a washer & dryer in the unit, and a full kitchen. I haven’t searched for a roommate in quite some time, so I’m sure I’m leaving a lot out- please let me know if you have any questions! :]

I’ve lived here for about a year now, I moved from Irvine after spending just shy of a decade there to be closer to my work. Currently I live in a 1x1 at this community, I would like to transfer into a 2x2 with a roommate here at the same community to save a bit extra. I qualify for a 2x2 on my own, however the leasing office will still require you to fill out a separate application for screening. I don’t have any pets, though I don’t mind having them around.

I rarely have guests over, do not smoke, and make liberal use of headphones. I do love plants, and I have quite a large collection of them, however they are well maintained. If you have pets, I am happy to keep my plants in my bedroom to prevent any toxic ones from being ingested.
