2 bedroom house in Spokane Valley Washington sizing up to 700 feet square, for only $675 a month. Huge backyard, small front yard (all fenced in), safe community located near several elementary/middle/high schools and close to business district.

I am a PhD student finishing my last year in my program out of Gonzaga University. Just looking for a chill roommate, to take the 2nd bedroom. I pretty much do much of cleaning myself and I am barely home due to work obligations.
