Hi! Our current roommate will be moving out at the end of June so this private room will be available starting July! The house is a 3 bedroom 1 bath with a front and back yard, street parking and in unit washer and dryer. The rent is $408 a month not including Wi-Fi and power/heat. Our house is also a 15 minute walk from UNR. Currently there are two girls who are living here and we are looking for a third female roommate who is possibly a student or in their early twenties as well. This house is also pet friendly :)
