About the room
The unit is a 2 bedroom condo owned by a friend of mine in Hudson, MA. One bedroom is for us (myself and my partner) and the other is for the roommate. The unit comes with 3 parking spaces (1 inside garage, 1 directly outside garage, 1 numbered parking space), laundry, kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1.5 baths. The rent would include electricity and internet.
About the roomies
My partner and I both work full time. I work from home as a program manager and a dog sitter/walker. He works outside of the home in the evenings (second shift). We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet, cleans up after themselves, pays rent on time, and is preferably an introvert (since we are introverts).
